Automated SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Tests

For over 40 years, laboratories have trusted ZEUS Scientific to provide high quality in vitro diagnostic immunoassays for numerous infectious diseases. With over 125  FDA cleared assays in our menu, our company has a proven skillset of developing, manufacturing and distributing a family of products to aid in the diagnosis of complex infectious agents including a variety of known viral pathogens. We have concentrated our focus to the COVID-19 pandemic and the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In April of 2020, we submitted for Emergency Use Authorization of our Rapid SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG test kit and now we are finalizing our corresponding ELISA assays.

The New Jersey based R&D team at ZEUS Scientific has completed the development of the SARS-CoV-2 IgG ELISA Test and now we are seeking collaborators to partner with us to validate the performance of the assay with patient samples. By working together, we can rapidly complete the final testing for this product and submit for its Emergency Use Authorization, to do our part in further battling this pandemic affecting us all. We also understand that resources and capacity are strained across the health care system, so no need to worry about the work itself, we will work to do the testing for you!

The assay we have built, and the others we are continuing to develop, follow our core ZEUS universal assay protocol. This protocol offers a high degree of flexibility with incubation times (20-30 minutes for sample incubation and conjugate incubation, 10-15 minutes for TMB substrate incubation) allowing for simple,  efficient, and flexible  automation programming. The test system will also be validated on the Dynex Agility™ automation system and packaged in the SmartKit™ Gold format, providing the ability to fully automate the procedure from sample to result in a throughput meeting all laboratory requirements.
